Tripzzy (tripzzy.co.in) is a travel planning service that uses AI to generate personalised trip itineraries. By using Tripzzy, you agree to these terms.

Tripzzy generates trip itineraries based on your inputs using AI. These are suggestions — not bookings, not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying timings, prices, availability, and suitability before acting on any itinerary.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Always cross-check important details (entry fees, opening hours, transport options) with official sources before your trip.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use Tripzzy to generate content for resale or commercial redistribution without our written permission.

The free plan gives you access to core itinerary generation features. Pro features (AI editing, activity swapping) are available on a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will not see mid-cycle price changes.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@tripzzy.co.in within 7 days and we'll make it right.

• Inaccurate or outdated information in AI-generated itineraries.
• Losses arising from acting on itinerary suggestions without independent verification.
• Service interruptions — we aim for reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
• Third-party services linked from itineraries (hotels, booking sites, etc.).

Tripzzy and its design are our intellectual property. The itineraries you generate belong to you — you're free to share, print, and use them however you like.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. We'll always try to give notice first unless the situation requires immediate action.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
