Privacy Policy

When you use Tripzzy, we collect the following information:

• Account data — your name and email address when you sign up, or your Google profile if you use Google login.
• Trip data — the destination, dates, preferences, and itineraries you create.
• Usage data — how you interact with the app (e.g. pages visited, features used). We use this to improve the product.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments will be processed by a third-party provider (Razorpay) when Pro launches.

• To generate and save your personalised trip itineraries.
• To remember your travel preferences so we don't ask every time.
• To send you product updates if you opt in (waitlist emails only — no marketing spam).
• To improve Tripzzy based on how people use it.

• Supabase — stores your account and trip data securely in the cloud.
• Anthropic — processes your trip details to generate itineraries via their AI API. Your data is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Google — if you sign in with Google, your basic profile info is shared with us.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your trips and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can:

• Access or export your data — email us and we'll send it within 7 days.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Opt out of waitlist / update emails by replying to any email we send.

We use only essential cookies — specifically, the session cookie Supabase sets to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
